The vascular sap collected from unopened inflorescence of coconut (Kalparasa) in the fresh unfermented from is a rich source of sugar, amino acids, vitamins and minerals. It is totally chemical/preservative free by maintaining a cold chain process right from the palm top till it is processed.

Coconut Sap Honey is produced by concentrating the vascular sap collected from unopened inflorescence of coconut (Kalparasa) to the ideal brix level.

Coconut Sap Honey is used as table syrup, an ideal natural sweetener which does not spike the blood sugar like other types of sweeteners.

Low GI foods helps in the proper control of Diabetes and Cholesterol: Unlike other natural and common Sugar Syrups which have a range of Glycaemic Index (GI) from 65 to 100 per serving:-
